Hello
Hi, I’m Angie Neilans — a certified forest therapy guide through the Forest Therapy School and a passionate believer in the healing power of nature. My work is rooted in the belief that when we slow down and listen, nature gently reminds us of something we’ve always known: we belong.

Forest therapy isn’t just about being outdoors — it’s about rekindling a relationship with the natural world that is based on presence, gratitude, and reciprocity. It’s about remembering that we are not separate from nature — we are nature.

Through guided walks and nature-based experiences, I invite others into a space of connection, curiosity, and deep care — for the Earth, for each other, and for ourselves. My hope is to help others feel more grounded, more alive, and more at home in the world around them.

Pay attention.
Be astonished.
Tell about it.”
